Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. Occasionally this may not be possible and it may take a little longer.

UK Delivery
For UK addresses we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery which takes 1-2 days. If our dispatch process takes longer than 48 hours from the time the order was placed, we will upgrade your order (at no extra charge) to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm which is a next-day delivery service. Both services are insured to the value of your order. Please note that Royal Mail have advised us that delivery to some areas in the Scottish Highlands, some Scottish Islands and some of the Channel Islands may take 1-2 days longer to deliver.

Overseas Delivery
For overseas delivery, couriers will vary depending on the country being delivered to, although we try to use a 7-day or less service when available. Please note that delivery is sometimes delayed due to reasons beyond our control (such as customs). We aim to use insured postal services but this is not available for every country. Please contact us if you require more accurate timings for overseas deliveries.
