LimeLIGHT is a PC-based lighting controller, consisting of a small and reliable output unit combined with powerful yet easy-to-use software.

Easy to Use

The LimeLIGHT lighting software is designed to be quick and easy to program, whilst allowing you to do more than other lighting consoles. It has a simple, self explanatory interface which can be quickly and easily learnt. But don't be fooled by its simplicity, as it boasts a bunch of powerful features too which seriously cut down on the time you need to program your rig.

Versatile

The LimeLIGHT system is a simple and inexpensive yet extremely powerful lighting control solution. It is aimed at those who generally control small to medium numbers of intelligent fixtures and/or generic lights. LimeLIGHT is ideal for small to medium sized venues, live bands, discos and dance events, schools, colleges and theatres, not to mention touring acts, where many are significantly cutting the volume of equipment that they tour to save on transportation costs.

Portable

Because the LimeLIGHT system is software-based, it is a lot more compact than other lighting control solutions. All that is needed is a laptop and one or more of the LimeLIGHT DX2 or Verse units, either of which will fit easily into the pocket of a laptop bag. This means you don't need to haul around a big lighting desk, and you can even take it with you in your hand luggage.

Expandable

With the addition of more than one LimeLIGHT Verse and/or DX2 units, the LimeLIGHT control software will allow multiple universes of DMX output from the same computer, making LimeLIGHT the ideal solution for larger AV and production companies and large events, where more fixtures need to be controlled. LimeLIGHT is a fully modular and expandable solution.

	Simple control of fixture attributes Fixture attributes can be quickly adjusted by selecting the fixture(s) you want to control and using the attribute windows to change the fixture's intensity, colour, gobo, etc to get the look you want in seconds. All of the fixture's attributes are layed out in front of you so there's no more pushing channel faders to just the right position or endlessly scrolling through encoder wheels. Once you're happy, you can save the state with the click of a button.
Familiar recall of states To recall a state, simply drag-and-drop it onto a Submaster or Subkey. A Subkey is a button allowing simple on/off control of the state. A Submaster is a fader allowing you to linearly control attributes in the state. Normally the fader position will control the intensity of the state, and snap other attributes (such as colour, gobo, etc), but you can choose to control any attribute from the fader (such as position, iris, or even shape generator speed or size).
	Powerful shape generator With LimeLIGHT's shape generator you can quickly create movement patterns that get your fixtures moving just where you want them. With a wide selection of shapes and a number of modifications for each shape, there is a huge range to choose from. You're not just limited to running shapes on the fixture's position either. You can apply shapes to any attributes of a fixture, such as colour, iris, intensity, etc.
Innovative chase generator LimeLIGHT's Auto-Chase Wizard lets you generate a range of different chases with the click of a few buttons. Whether the chase is running on 4 fixtures or 400, the process is exactly the same and takes only a few seconds. This is incredibly effective in today's lighting rigs, using ever-larger amounts of LED fixtures as visual sources.

Due to the powerful nature of the LimeLIGHT software, we recommend the following specifications to avoid any problems with the use of the software or its output.

Please note that the more fixtures you intend to use, the more load there will be on the computer's processor. This means you'll need a fast computer if you're going to be running lots of lighting fixtures.
